William Adanalian has over 28 years experience in real estate sales. He has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1975. Mr. Adanalian is qualified as an Expert Valuation Witness in the California Superior Court for Kern County and Fresno County. He is also a past Instructor of Real Estate Appraisals at Fresno City College, Past President of CENTURY 21® Council and current member of Grievance Committee for Fresno Board of REALTORS® and Fresno Multiple Listing Service. Mr. Adanalian also has over nine years experience on the staff of the California Department of Transportation in market value appraisal of all types of properties: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural and Special Purpose.

Mr. Adanalian has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fresno State University, 1971 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration - Graduated cum laude in 1965. He is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and Fresno Board of REALTORS®.
